Body Fat Loss Workouts - Turbulence Training
It's perfectly possible to lose fat simply by exercising, but it takes quite a bit of time and effort. Remember, one pound of body fat is roughly equivalent to 3500 calories. Here are some tips that you can incorporate in your body fat loss workouts.

Number one: Focus on burning carbohydrate instead of fat during your fat-loss workouts. The reason behind this is that when you exercise with intervals and heavy resistance training, your body uses more calories in the hours after exercise than it would if you did traditional cardio and lifted lighter weights. Therefore, you have to focus on burning carbohydrate rather than fat in order to burn more calories after the workout.
Number two: Use a range of repetitions in your strength training workouts. This will burn more carbohydrates and promote as much muscle growth as possible when you are keeping the calories low. Number three: Use the stationary cycle for interval training. Cycling against a resistance can help maintain muscle mass and allows you to perform a large amount of mechanical work.
Number four: Increase meal frequency. Based on a 2005 study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, eating six times a day was associated with eating fewer calories per day, lowered cholesterol levels, and lowered post prandial or after meal insulin levels. Also, combining an increase meal frequency with an increased protein and fiber intake will help improve your body composition rapidly.
Number five: Be patient. As you can see, it takes time and considerable physical effort to achieve any kind of rapid fat-loss by exercise or body fat loss workouts alone. So if you want to burn off your last pockets of fat by increased fitness training, give yourself enough time and don't jump onto your bathroom scales more often than once a month.
